Cape Power Cheerleading is a non-profit organization in Sydney, Nova Scotia. It was originally created as "Celtic Power Cheerleading" in 2004. This organization started with only one competitive team, but after 9 years is able to offer 6 competitive teams for the 2013-2014 season. The current club director is Michelle Campbell, who took over direction of the club in 2011. We are Cape Breton's largest and longest running non-profit allstar cheerleading organization. 

 

CPC offers their own training facility for our athletes. It provides a full spring floor and mats, tumbling equipment, both male and female washrooms, a parents room, and a canteen.

 

We also offer choreography, skills and tumbling clinics for our athletes. We believe strongly that athletes need to learn a well rounded foundation of skills and need to be instructed in a progressive and safe manner.
