Michelle has been cheerleading for 17 years - 5 years in school (Sherwood Park Education Centre and Holy Angels High School) and 12 years in club cheerleading (Cape Breton Cheer All-Stars, Highland Cheer Athletics and Cape Power) She has coached club cheerleading for 10 years. She has coached senior 4.2, senior 5 and International Open 5. She is very excited to get started on a new season with Cape Power Senior!

DANIELLE BOURGEOIS

Danielle has been cheerleading for 11 years - 7 years in school cheerleading programs (Mountainview, Malcolm Munroe & Riverview) and 5 years cheerleading with CPC (Senior 5, IO5, O6). She has also coached club for 3 years and was also one of the coaches of Malcolm Munroe last season. She has coached mini, youth and junior teams before, and is very excited to get a taste of senior this upcoming season!

TARA RUDDERHAM

Tara has been involved with Power Cheerleading for the past 21 years. In 1992-95 she cheered for Park Junior High; 1995-98 cheered for Holy Angels High School. Coached NSSAF High School Cheerleading at Holy Angels for 9 years 1998-2007. Tara also judges for the NSSAF. She cheered on the Cape Breton Hurricanes Club Team during College. Took over as Director of Celtic Power Cheerleading starting in 2005, renamed it Cape Power Cheerleading, and Coached for the NSCCA Junior Level 4, Senior 5, Open International 5 and Open 6 Teams over a 4 year period. Received Canadian Coach of the Year at Cheer Expo Nationals in 2007. Recently, Tara re-started the Sherwood Park Cheerleading Team at a local Junior high and will be starting her 3rd season with them. This year in 2013 - Tara returns to the CPC Family taking on one of the Junior Teams. Good Luck to all athletes, coaches and parents this season!

Taylor has been cheerleading for ten years. She started out on CBCA Storm and has been cheering in club ever since. She has also been on her jr high and high school cheer teams (Sherwood Park and Sydney Academy). She is very excited to coach the junior team this year and can't wait to start practicing!

Megan has been in cheerleading since 2007, this will be her 7th year cheering with CPC. She has also been on the Sherwood Park Education Centre cheerleading team for 2 years. She has been captain of 4 of her teams, Megan is very excited to be coaching the mini team for the first time this season!

ALEXA GRAY

Alexa has been cheering for 7 years, 4 in school cheer (Shaftesbury high school), and 4 in allstar (Dynamite sr 3, Central Cheer Bandits sr 4, Outlaws Cheer open 6, CPC io5/open 6, and Wolves Elite Stunt open 6). She has coached for 3 years at the Junior level both levels 2 and 3, and is assisting with Open 6 for this summer. She is credentialed by the Manitoba Association of cheerleading with her coaching certificate, first aid, CPR A&B, writing her USASF levels 1 &2 this summer, and her Respect in Sport.
